  1. In a small wok put 1 cup Oil, add the onions, stir fry 3', then add the Green beans and stir fry for 3', then add the garlic paste, the chilies, carrots pieces, and mix.
    Then add 2 tbs Savoury Thai Soy sauce and spring onions. Add 1 cup of warm water, a pinch of salt and grated Black Pepper.Let it boil,then cover the wok with the lid on lowering the temp. Simmer for 6', open the lid to taste the season & stir with a big spoon, When the veggies is almost cook turn off the heat. Dont overcook.
  2. Splash on top 1 Tbs Sesame oil and mix again. Then transfer to a serving dish. Nice to eat with the main dish and on a warm steam Jasmine rice.
