- 250 gms Arbi
- 1/2 cup sooji
- red chlli powder 3 bsp
- tumeric
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp curd
- to taste salt
- oil to shallow fry

- Clean arbi and then boil it.Remove the skin and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl. Add all 1 tsp of dry masalas and add lemon juice and curd and mix well. Then put the boiled arbi into this masala and mix nicely. Allow them to marinate for 3 hours

- Take sooji in a plate and add all 1 tsp of all dry masala to it and keep it aside.

- Cut the arbi into half and coat them with sooji masala nicely,press it and keep it fridge for 2-3 hours.

- Heat tawa and put oil enough for shallow fry,put the arbi on tawa and fry on slow flame till both side get roasted.

- Serve hot with rice or roti or we can eat it like patties.
