  4. Add the boiled noodles, salt, pepper powder, peri peri sauce and ketchup. Mix everything well and saute for 2-3 minutes on a high flame.
  5. When done, switch off the flame & add in the omelette pieces. Give it a stir and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve as desired.
