  1. Boil potatoes and cut into small cubes. Then cut onion, capsicum and tomato into small cubes.
  2. Put kadhai with oil on gas. Once the oil is heated put mustard seeds and let it splutter. Now add green chillies, followed by onion and tomatoes.
  3. As the tomatoes get tender mix capsicum and boiled potatoes. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Then add Maggi masala and soya sauce. If you want it hot,you can use chilli sauce as well. Stir fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
    Once ready sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
