  4. Heat a wok,add oil,add 1tsp mustard seeds,let it splutter,add urad dal, curry leaves, turmeric,saute and add the ground coarse paste,saute for a min...
  5. Now add the steamed gourd along with a bit water just a tbspn of it..and add salt,give a stir..
  6. Close wdh a steam releasing lid for 5mins.and done.
